據歐盟網站消息，2月6日歐盟發布（EU）No 2015/174委員會條例，就食品接觸的塑料物料和制品修訂（EU） No 10/2011號條例，本法規自公布后第20日起開始生效。
2015年2月26日以前執行（EU） No 10/2011條例的塑料材料與制品仍可繼續流通至2016年2月26日，直至庫存用完。（EU） No 10/2011條例列出了可用于塑料材料與制品的一系列許可物質。

THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION，
Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European union，
Having regard to Regulation （EC） No 1935/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 October 2004 on materials and articles intended to come into contact with food and repealing Directives 80/590/EEC and 89/109/EEC （1）， and in particular points （a）， （c）， （d） and （e） of Article 5（1）， Article 11（3） and Article 12（6） thereof，
Whereas：

Annex I to Commission Regulation （EU） No 10/2011 （2） establishes a union list of authorised substances （‘the union list’） which may be used in the manufacture of plastic materials and articles.
